This has been quite a week for back to school! Several ups and downs and adjustments to getting up early. The expectation for our kids on school mornings is to wake up with their alarm….a great tip from a former teacher if you have a strong willed child, make their beds, get dressed, and comb hair before ever coming down to eat breakfast! That is a fairly tall order for my five year old in combination with such a long school day. He had a major meltdown on Wednesday, but then again…so did I….haha! Guess we are all struggling. But we will get there! Any tips on how to achieve that faster??? Haha! Sooooo looking forward to the weekend where we will have some sports games and hopefully a lot of catch up and cuddle time! Yes! I plan to hold on to that as long as I can with my boys! What’s your weekend looking like?
