K&C’s Favorite Shop Small Saturday Spots

It is so nice to sit in the comfort of your own home….in your pajamas….possibly with a glass of wine…..and order everything on your Christmas list online! BUT, there is something to be said about shopping in local stores! You get to be in the Christmas spirit…literally! The smells, the sounds, the decorations! It is all so charming and delightful! For me, I love to save my stocking stuffers, unique finds, and my party attire lists for that Shop Small Saturday!

There is nothing like going into a store and having a cup of cider while you shop and hearing the Christmas music playing. It is warm and kind and inviting! What are you favorite small shops that you just love? Be sure to leave a comment below! It is always fun to share the love! In that same respect, we are sharing some of our favorite small shops that are a special part of our lives!

Boxx Jewelry

We might have a small jewelry obsession, and lately we have been so in love with Boxx Jewelry! We can’t get enough! We had the best time styling our recent photo shoots with their pieces! They are a locally based company here in Dallas, and y’all, they are one to watch! Beautiful pieces with good prices for the amazing quality! They have graciously allowed us to offer you a code that will give you a $20 credit towards your first boxx! Simply use code CCBOXX20 at checkout!

Vintage Soul Barn

This was a recent discovery, but this shop is so fun and cute! It is located near Eagle Mountain Lake in northwest Fort Worth in the community where my husband grew up so this one is kind of special to me! It is run by two cute twin sisters and their mom, and it features fun, trendy pieces with a little bit of soul and a little bit of a vintage twist….plus, there is a little southwestern flair thrown in for good measure! This one is worth the visit! AND be sure to mention that Koko&Chantelle sent you for 20% off your entire purchase of regular priced items in-store. AND if you are shopping online, be sure to use code shopsmall20 for 20% off online purchases starting Friday, November 25th!

Cotton Hearts

Dorie Helsley is the owner of this darling boutique, and it has been one near and dear to my heart for a while now! Well, I actually discovered it many years ago, but what made a real connection for me was my relationship with Dorie and her family! I used to teach little bitties at a church school in Dallas, and I taught both of Dorie’s grandsons in my class!  Her shop is simply charming with great easy style that you can dress up or down, but it is simply effortless! And while velvet is totally in this season, Dorie has been way ahead of that curve and has stocked it for seasons!

Me and Mrs. Jones

This boutique is my go-to for that quick dress or top you need for Friday night! It is also my staple for all things Z Supply!! Have you worn a Z Supply tee?! Oh my gosh, it is the softest, yummiest knit vendor!! Plus, they have your great basics like bralettes, leggings, jewelry….and did I mention O-Rings?! These were on Oprah’s must have list a few years ago, and I go nowhere without mine! Be sure to check them out!

Hip Hip Hooray is a local Dallas boutique for all things traditional! It is the sweetest, softest, you just want to cuddle every blankey in there kind of store! Before my first child was born, we designed our crib bedding with them, and they were so great because I already had a vintage Peter Rabbit toile bedskirt that I wanted to use. They helped me design a bumper that looked like it was always supposed to be a set….and it had smocking….love! They have been many a gift destination for Christening gifts and new baby gifts! It is located in Snider Plaza and is a must shop kind of store!!
