It is so fun to celebrate birthdays, but especially through our kiddos’ eyes! It is so funny to watch that great anticipation….almost like Christmas!….that your kids experience! And man, oh, man have we really blown up the birthday scene lately with all of these crazy parties?! Don’t get us wrong….we are equally guilty!! So, this year when my youngest asked for a few playdates and ice cream sandwiches for his 6th birthday, I totally jumped on board! Score one for this mama!

But I totally love hearing what they are loving for their birthdays! It is super cute to see what they  are into and what they absolutely feel like they have outgrown….or what is too girly….or what is too boyish! Haha!! There are always large opinions!
