Did y’all see my Instastories from Saturday? We had our septic tank pumped for the first time! Y’all….this is totally the glamorous side to rural living…haha! We literally were free to use the phrase “shitter’s full” all day, and there was plenty of potty humor to go around! Thank goodness it was quick and painless. Speaking of potty humor….to escape back into civilization, my boys and I headed to the library to drop off their library books before they headed back to school….most of which were from the Captain Underpants series. There here been lots of conversations about appropriate word choices from that one! Do you or your child have a library card?? It is such a fun right of passage! I know Chan’s girls and my boys have had a wonderful summer filled with imagination and escapes into some great books!

And another fun thing for this Tuesday is this top from @oldnavy ! It is so lightweight and airy….great for the heat that is hanging around here in August!! And did I mention that it is under $10?????!!!! Later in the fall, I will be adding boyfriend jeans and slip on sneakers to transition this into the coming season!
