Swim season is here….pause for ominous music where you hear “duh, duh, duh!” I know, I know! I don’t like it either. My body is certainly not in prime shape but I absolutely refuse to let that keep  me out of the pool! So, what do you do? Well, I usually look to highlight those features that I do like. For me that is small cleavage and a bubble bum! Hey…gotta work with what God gave you!  And thank goodness one pieces are totally IN this year! I was so cool these past few years….I was ahead of the trends! Haha!

Nautical colors are another trend I am closely following. Red and blue and white never go out of style…thank goodness! And the feminine details of this one are so fun. Plus, it has a sort of retro vibe giving it some added whimsy! Shop here for this style!

I have also really been into the cutout details popping up in swimwear for this season! You can play a little peekaboo without showing everything as in a bikini! Kind of like the lesson your mama taught you…”leaving a little mystery leaves a lot of food for thought!” Wise words…or did I just mix metaphors?? Well, you know what I mean!
