Hosting Christmas Dinner? Impress your In-Laws this year!

My dear friend Elizabeth Ryan  is an interior designer who is very talented and has started helping me with decorating my house this last year.   If you’re not following her yet, go to @elizabethryaninteriors or her website https://elizabethryaninteriors.com/ to check out her beautiful work!   When we were talking about hosting Christmas at my house this year, I asked her to collaborate with me and help me put together a table setting that would wow  and impress my husband, and the in-laws and she knocked it out of the park!  I couldn’t be happier!

She first started with a white tablecloth…..then got started!

The gold placemat is perfectly glam for the holidays, but also looks great for everyday use as well.  I have to mention here it is under $2 on super sale and gives a lot of look for a low price!

This white marble charger is next, and I seriously eeked when I saw it!  It is so heavy, and gorgeous I was having a moment!

Coasters can be used throughout your home, but add elegance to your dining table

These gold foil glasses come in so many shapes and sizes

Gold Flatware?  Yes, please!   These are actually only $2 a piece, so they’re not actually gold, but give the same look on a budget!

Place settings are such a personalized touch that is just pretty and nice

These are handmade napkins and are super special

To finish off the personalization, I love adding an ornament to each place setting.   It is also something your guests can take home with them.   Make them each personalized, or all the same, it’s up to you!

Trees    /    Faux Fur

And here is the finished product!

Add some fresh flowers to your home and light a couple candles, turn on the fire and Christmas tree lights, and you’re all set to go!   Kate’s roast would be perfect to put on your plate, so look at her blog post for the recipe in case you missed it!

Happy Hosting and Holidays!
